Head of Property & Casualty Facultative Brazil

Join us for an exceptional opportunity as Head of P&C Facultative Brazil in our P&C Reinsurance team! This position offers the chance to lead and transform our property facultative business in one of Latin America's most dynamic markets.

About the Role :

In this strategic role, you will be the underwriting and sales leader for the P&C Facultative business in Brazil, with full P&L responsibility and ownership of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the P&C Facultative underwriting strategy for the Brazilian and South Cone markets;
• Drive origination of profitable business while maintaining underwriting quality and preserving portfolio value;
• Develop solutions corresponding to client needs and promote innovation through new business solutions and products;
• Implement initiatives for sales and underwriting to position Swiss Re in the Brazilian & South Cone markets;
• Supervise and steer the P&C Facultative portfolio in Brazil & South Cone;
• Lead and empower the local team, promoting professional development;
• Collaborate across business units and functions to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
