Global Mobility OperationsWe are seeking a skilled Visa & Immigration Manager to lead our global mobility operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing efficient processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes to drive efficiency and productivity.Implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows, including automated expiry alerts.Monitor regulatory changes and implement risk-mitigation protocols for home and host country visa immigration, tax, social security, and compensation benefits compliance.Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review.Change Management SupportPartner with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates.Roll out communication plans (FAQs, training) for process changes and address employee resistance.Gather assignee input to refine support resources (onboarding kits, digital guides).

Digital & Data-Driven OperationsLeverage a mobility platform to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection.Monitor assignment costs and compliance metrics to identify execution bottlenecks.Update real-time reports on case statuses and SLA adherence.Employee Experience & SupportResolve complex mobility inquiries independently for assignees and business travellers.Manage immigration lawyers / relocation services in priority regions.Maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.Fluency in English, with Mandarin preferred.GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials are preferred.Proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision, support policy rollouts, address team resistance, execute communication plans.We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
