Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Services;Lead After-Sales commercial operations (Strategic Planning / Service Marketing / Sales and Pricing of Parts and Accessories / Field Operations);Responsible for the P&L of the Business Unit (prices, sales, cost and margin);Development, definition and application of Service KPIs for performance / management operations;Performance audit and management of the main KPIs : Repair speed, quality, productivity, cost, consumable parts and customer complaints; Review / expansion of the Authorized Service Center maintaining a high level of service, efficiency and low cost;Search for Excellence in the network of services and repair centers for B2B and B2C customer support;Organization of the logistical process of repair, inventory, dispatch and process of reversing damage to equipment;Sales Support for alignment and customization of Warranty / After-Sales Policy;Increase the link with Service Contracts and Extended Warranty for new equipmentProven experience in sales and customer service;Education : Engineering, MBA.
Fluent in English and Spanish.Base : SP / SP.
