Strategic Product Operations Lead

Senior Product Operations AnalystThis role involves developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve performance metrics, and strengthen market competitiveness.Key responsibilities include : Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize order dispatch and meal preparation time;Continuously evaluating the impact of implemented strategies and making adjustments based on operational data analysis;Monitoring merchant performance and analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within Dispatch;Evaluating user feedback, conducting research, and incorporating insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders;Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational requirements and overall business objectives;Working directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges;Developing detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities;Ensuring alignment between market requirements and overall business objectives;Supporting documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and multicultural environment with strong international exposure.
