Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to lead and scale the operational backbone of itel’s online retail presence. This mid to senior-level role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in e-commerce fulfillment, cross-functional coordination, and digital process optimization.
You’ll be responsible for streamlining end-to-end platform operations, elevating customer satisfaction, and ensuring that every transaction supports brand growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in inventory, smooth order fulfillment, and efficient payment processing.
- Lead coordination across marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Maintain and continuously optimize product listings, content, and digital assets to align with brand goals and drive conversion.
- Monitor stock movements across digital channels, implement replenishment alerts, and reduce risks of stockouts or overstock.
- Develop operational SOPs to scale post-purchase processes and maximize efficiency.
- Track and report on key operational metrics : order accuracy, return rates, customer satisfaction, and service SLAs.
- Proactively manage escalations related to payment issues, delivery discrepancies, or customer feedback.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and apply process automation tools where possible.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure local compliance, payment reconciliation, and logistics alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or retail fulfillment; preferably in mobile tech, consumer electronics, or FMCG.Professional fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plusDemonstrated ability to lead operational initiatives and drive performance improvements across teams.High attention to detail and familiarity with supply chain and payment systems.Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting operational data and customer insights.Passion for innovation, digital commerce, and emerging tech markets
