About the Role 🎯

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance dispatch efficiency, improve merchant performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize order dispatch based on meal preparation time;
• Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments;
• Monitor merchant performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within Dispatch;
• Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders ;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams;
• Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges;
• Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities;
• Ensure alignment between market requirements and overall business objectives;
• Support documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.
