Responsibilities
Drive sales execution and target achievement within the Southwest markets
Build and maintain relationships with targeted regional restaurant chains
Collaborate with broker chain specialists to achieve mutually agreed upon targets
Utilize Salesforce CRM and analytics to report on business performance
Motivate and train broker chain specialists to enhance results in assigned geography
Qualifications (Required)
4-Year College Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of Foodservice Sales experience
Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM reporting (Salesforce, MS Office)
Experience in evaluating operator trade programs and partnerships
Ability to analyze market conditions and growth potential
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with national or regional chain accounts
Familiarity with sales broker management
Background in distributor account management
Culinary and / or operations experience
