About the Role
We are seeking Crisis Incident Specialists to join our Incident Safety Operations team. You will act as the first line of response for high-risk incidents, ensuring a fast, structured, and accountable reaction in partnership with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities :
- Respond to and manage high-level risk incidents from intake to resolution.
- Assess severity, trigger the right workflows, and escalate when needed.
- Coordinate real-time actions with Legal, Safety, PR, and Operations teams.
- Keep internal teams and external partners accurately informed.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and recommendations.
- Navigate legal, media, and operational risks in fast-moving scenarios.
- Maintain precise incident logs, status updates, and timelines.
- Support the Crisis Coordinator during complex events, including War Room operations.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and update the Crisis Playbook and templates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).Background in tech safety, incident management, risk response, or law enforcement support is a plus.Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple incidents simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication — including executive briefings.Ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure.High attention to detail and disciplined documentation.Flexibility to handle urgent incidents outside normal hours.What We Offer
