Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website : Job DescriptionThejunior Accounting assistantwill be responsible for supporting the company's financial and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with financial and operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.Register and manage supplier (vendor) information, ensuring accuracy and updates.Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.Support bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.Organize and file accounting and financial documents.Collaborate with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.Participate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.The professional will be responsible for supporting the company's financial and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with financial and operational processes.Key Responsibilities : Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.Register and manage supplier (vendor) information, ensuring accuracy and updates.Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.Support bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.Organize and file accounting and financial documents.Collaborate with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.Participate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.QualificationsTechnical background in Business Administration, Accounting (no Academic Degree is needed)Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting roles, including invoice preparation and supplier management.Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced English proficiencyAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
