The Work You'll Do :

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Tax Determination implementations in Brazil, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and delivery excellence.

This role will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder alignment to go-live—ensuring that the Taxrules platform is deployed effectively and in accordance with Brazilian tax legislation.

More specifically you will :

Manage end-to-end delivery of Tax Determination projects using the Taxrules platform, including planning, execution, and closure.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Consultants, Regulatory, Product, and Integration specialists.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and escalations.

Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL) throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead weekly status meetings, maintain project documentation, and deliver concise progress reports.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure resource availability and risk mitigation.

What We Need From You

Proven experience managing tax technology or ERP-related projects in Brazil.

Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and its application in automated systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Experience with REST API integrations and tax content configuration.

Background in consulting or professional services delivery.

Knowledge of e-invoicing frameworks (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, NFcom) and tax reform impacts.
