Descrição da vagaKey issue resolution and escalation. Identify and collect information for root cause analysis. Communicate with stakeholders to confirm issues. Discuss and balance issues to generate options. Provide resolution options and mitigation plans to senior managers. Pursue conclusion and follow up results. Business coordination across the organization. Overall cost and resource control (approval). Owner identification and qualification verification. Annual budget and quality target follow-up. Familiarity with cloud business and technology. Support presales and conduct bid reviews, guiding new sales directions. Key variances and activity follow-up. Cross-functional collaboration with segment heads and RBU heads for problem-solving. Demonstrated expertise in project management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with software applications and tools for project management.
Job Overview
This role involves overseeing and guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and activities while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Project guidance for each milestone and activity.
- Risk identification and follow-up on project management-related issues.
- Familiarity with effort estimation methodologies and development engineering processes.
- Monitoring contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Resource coordination across the project team.
- Milestone deliverable and Quality review.
- Project financial forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
- Monthly report and gate review reporting.
