Responsibilities : 1)Design 3 PL capacity attendance KPI model to effectively incentivize partners in achieving platform capacity attendance targets, ensuring customer delivery experience.
2)Continuously analyze and monitor partners' performance in capacity attendance, and optimize KPI model based on platform requirements.Requirements :
- Relevant experience in capacity operation, marketplace balance or 3 PL performance model.
- Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL / BI).
- Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
