Job Responsibilities :
- Design 3PL capacity attendance KPI model to effectively incentivize partners in achieving platform capacity attendance targets, ensuring customer delivery experience.
- Continuously analyze and monitor partners' performance in capacity attendance, and optimize KPI model based on platform requirements.
