The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking forDelivery Managerwho wants to learn and transform his career.For this role main skills required : Desirable experience in projects involving low-code and automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian or similar.Ability to manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget (on time, on budget).

Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

Skilled at handling multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.Understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases).

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement.Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams.Ability to lead end-to-end delivery initiatives.Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice.

In particular regarding : Business analysis, Project managementExcellent communication with various stakeholders (clients, squads, executives).

Ability to influence without direct authority.Strategic mindset with focus on business-oriented solutions.Proactivity and resilience in complex environments with multiple simultaneous projectsCollaborative leadership, focused on continuous delivery and process improvement.Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation)Advanced proficiency in EnglishAnd much better if you stand out for : Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentialsExperience in multinational environments and working with distributed teams.Experience in contract and SLA management.Prior involvement in digital transformation or intelligent automation projectsDesirable Spanish (B1)>
