Brazil Supply Chain Supervisor

Overview

Brazil Supply Chain Supervisor at Pall Corporation (a Danaher operating company) oversees the regional supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and coordinates International Trade activities in Brazil to ensure smooth imports and exports.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Leader, LATAM, this on-site role is based in Diadema / SP, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing Trade Operations team by providing training, fostering collaboration, and participating in strategic meetings with sales and leadership.
• International Trade & Operations : Manage end-to-end import and export logistics by overseeing supplier performance, optimizing transportation, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, drive cost savings, and report on International Trade performance through clear, data-driven insights.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations by applying lean principles, streamlining processes, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Project Management : Support Brazil Distribution by leading and contributing to local Supply Chain projects, serving as the subject matter expert and point of contact for International Trade topics.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies by promoting safety practices, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvements across supply chain operations.
