Nearis a startup focused on bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad.

Our team spans 20+ members across four different countries.

We've landed numerous great customers and have helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies.We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurialAccount Executivewho is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team.

This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission.

If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money.Responsibilities :

Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets

Expand revenue originated from existing accounts

Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Close inbound leads

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Leverage our existing network to get referrals

Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.

Become an expert in the staffing industry.Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills.

Native-like English level

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.

A proactive mindset : always pursuing your next goal.

Motivated by commission and career growth.

Track record of exceeding quota as SDR.Traits that Would Make You a Strong Fit :
