Please note that for this role, C2-level Portuguese proficiency is required, and candidates must be based in São Paulo.What you will do Collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure continuous improvement in lead quality through effective communication and constructive feedback Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals Drive Reonic's growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offeringsWhat Makes You a Great Fit Strong knowledge of software sales (4+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors Based in São Paulo, with a strong understanding of the local market?
