CMMS / Reliability Engineer

This position will support the maintenance and reliability strategy by administering and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and by developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans. It will involve maintenance data analysis, reliability planning, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset availability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize the CMMS, ensuring reliable and structured data aligned with asset management and RCM philosophy.
• Develop and review preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans.
• Conduct criticality analyses, failure mode assessments, and reliability strategy reviews.
• Prepare maintenance performance reports and reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.).
• Support CMMS / ERP (IFS or similar) data migration and integration.
• Facilitate optimization workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train operational teams in CMMS usage and reliability best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase asset availability.
• Provide recommendations for asset replacement based on condition and performance data.
