We are looking for a Content Manager with strong SEO skills, to contribute to the success of our top performing betting websites on the Brazilian market.About The RoleAs our content manager at Better Collective Brazil your key objective will be the coordination, production and optimization of content.

You will become part of a highly skilled and dedicated team working in our offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.Your key objective will be the coordination, production, and SEO optimization of high class content that ranks in Google.You will become part of an international, highly skilled and dedicated team catering to various user groups, in the broad field of sports betting and Igaming.

You will take ownership and responsibility of the websites and products you are working on.Your main responsibilities as a SEO Content Manager will be : Coordinate the production of content for several of our top websites & create editorial planOptimize content for SEOPerform keyword studies and develop strategies to address different user groupsCreate new content based on business and market prioritiesManage requests to freelancers / writers, proofread their work and provide feedbackRegularly monitor KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion)Keep an overview of legal and competitive changes on the marketClosely collaborate with our business development team in order to make sure we have the best deals in place with our partnersMake sure your products / sites have the best interface, you will be able to collaborate with our CRO / UX team to optimize and push our engagement rate upMake sure your sites are technically performingProvide your own SEO insights to rank higher in Google.What do we offer you : Joining Better Collective, you will become part of a dream team of talented individuals that play each other well.

We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better environment for our employees and a better product for our users and the community.Who you are : You have a keen eye for online content : your editing skills can breathe new life into any copy and your writing is impeccable.Your insights in analyzing marketing tools (keyword studies, Analytics and Search Console) and optimizing user experience have been tried and tested.You can recognize yourself in most of the points here : Familiar with betting and passionate about sportsSpeak (and write) English fluently and Portuguese (native from Brasil)Master's degree within the fields of Digital Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy etc.Minimum 3 years relevant experience e.g. from a content role or in the field of digital marketing (including internships)SEO editing skills, and flair for proofreading on a variety of topicsUX sensibility in web-productsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralWordPress CMS experienceTeam playerAbility to handle multiple projects at once.Only CVs submitted in English will be considered for the jobExpected start date : August 2025
