What will you be doing?
Conducting consultative sales, understanding the needs and realities of potential clients.Leading a team that is currently small (9 people) but expected to grow to over 35 in the coming years.Owning all Brazilian metrics, including ARR, CAC, LTV, and Gross Margin.Defining the R&D development roadmap for Brazil in collaboration with the product team, based on customer feedback.Leading the entire GTM (Go-to-Market) team, including Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support.Reporting directly to the CEO and being responsible for defining the strategy of Toku Brazil.Serving as the most senior leader in the Brazilian office, responsible for hiring and shaping Toku's culture.BenefitsWhat we offer : Stock OptionsWe want you to grow with us, so we offer company stock options as part of your compensation.6
