Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team.
As a Medical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to customers, including installation, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment.Main Responsibilities : Provide efficient technical support to customers, resolving complaints and malfunction claims in a timely manner.Offer on-site support to distributors and end-users, including installation, complex system / equipment failure diagnosis, and repair.Conduct site visits to collect customer feedback and market information.Repair and maintain returned main units from customers.Conduct service training to customers, primarily distributors, and sometimes end-users.Negotiate with customers for warranty logistics, service contracts, part ordering, and administrative tasks.Submit routine and business trip reports to supervisors and attend product technical update meetings.Assist in managing parts stock and equipment.Requirements : More than three years of work experience in the medical services industry.Familiarity with procurement processes within local medical organizations.Understanding of online maintenance and repair procedures.Awareness of industry-related charging standards.Previous experience in technical support is a plus.Excellent written and spoken English skills, with minimal regional accent.Proficient computer and office software usage.Knowledge of medical electronics products and clinical applications, as well as experience in maintaining medical electronic products.About Us : This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
