Medical Aesthetic Support SpecialistWe are a rapidly expanding importer and distributor of cutting-edge medical aesthetic equipment in Brazil, and we are in an exciting phase of growth.This is a crucial position responsible for providing specialized technical assistance, training, and maintenance for both our advanced 2D / 3D analysis systems and our new cryolipolysis devices.About the Role : Provide comprehensive technical support (remote and, when necessary, on-site) for the 2D / 3D imaging software (installation, calibration, analysis) and for the cryolipolysis equipment (operation, fault diagnosis, repairs).

Perform practical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and basic to intermediate level maintenance / repairs on hardware components, especially for cryolipolysis devices.Manage software licenses and updates, guiding customers on new functionalities.Collaborate with other departments for repair estimates and warranty management.Interface with cross-functional teams to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.Develop and deliver product training for customers and distributors.Create and update technical documentation (user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides).
