Role Objective
Serve as a strategic partner to business units, aligning Human Resources practices with organizational goals. The HRBP supports leaders and teams in talent management, fostering a strong company culture, employee engagement, performance, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between HR and business units to ensure strategic alignment
- Support leaders in decision-making related to talent and workforce planning
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning
- Promote employee engagement, company culture, and workplace well-being
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.G., turnover, absenteeism, performance)
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (e.G., diversity, digital transformation)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsPrevious experience as an HRBP or in generalist HR rolesStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsStrategic mindset with a results-oriented approachProficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced EnglishNice to Have
