This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office 2-3 days per week at JK Iguatemi.
Overview
Jeeves is rapidly growing its Brazil operations and is seeking a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to help scale the Brazil sales organization.
The SDR will report to the Country Manager in Brazil and focus on generating qualified prospects through a multi-channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners.
This role is both hands-on and strategic as it hunter for new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, building a steady pipeline of high-quality leads using multiple tools and platforms.
Outbound Sales Efforts : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach with personalized messaging to set up introductory meetings.
Lead Qualification : Assess needs and relevance to Jeeves solutions; qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
CRM Management : Maintain accurate information on leads and prospects; track interactions and progression through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Sales Teams : Work with Account Executives and other team members to ensure smooth handoffs and provide context for conversions.
Market and Industry Research : Stay informed on fintech trends to tailor outreach strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor metrics (leads generated, outreach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Participation : Assist in planning and executing targeted sales and marketing campaigns; provide feedback on messaging.
Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with Jeeves products and participate in ongoing training.
Customer Feedback Loop : Gather insights from prospects / clients to inform product and marketing improvements.
Experience
Sales Experience : 3+ years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in fintech, finance, or technology.
Fluent in English; Jeeves operates globally and English is the internal corporate language.
Lead Generation : Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification; familiarity with BANT or similar frameworks is a plus.
Prospecting Tools : Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
