We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (React & .NET) in Latin America.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer to contribute to the full stack development of modern, client-facing applications.

You will work on complex features while collaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions that deliver real business value.

The position combines hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and mentoring of junior engineers, all within a flexible, fully-remote environment.

Accountabilities

Develop scalable and responsive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Build and maintain secure, efficient backend applications and RESTful APIs using .

NET and C#

Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality user experiences

Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and documentation of technical approaches

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical growth within the team

Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and maintain best coding practices

Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to align development with business outcomes

Requirements

5-8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on React and .

NET expertise

Demonstrable experience building attractive user interfaces and data-driven REST APIs

Strong knowledge of database administration and cloud / server management

Experience applying DevOps practices and Agile methodologies in a collaborative environment

Solid understanding of application architecture and full-stack integration

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients and team members

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
