WHS OTR Coordinator will be responsible for provide safety guidance for On The Road (OTR) and partner with third party sites (DSPs), provide technical support to comply with local regulation and perform safety audits in order to enhance safety culture within our partners. Lead safety initiatives at DSPs, participate on incident investigation, analyze safety metrics, create safety trainings and in collaboration with DSP / Channel, ACES and Learning team.
You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the DSP / Channel team in influence safety standards at our partner sites. You will work to identify best practices and incorporate these standard methodologies into our standards to continuously improve the safety culture.
