Description and Requirements
Commercial Management & Relationship
Serve as the main liaison with Amazon 1P / Shopee 1P, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution of business plans.
Negotiate contracts, margins, marketing funds (MDF / Co-op), freight, logistics, and commercial conditions.
Build and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP), ensuring growth in sell-in, sell-out, and market share.
Develop and implement the promotional calendar (Prime Day, Black Friday, Holiday Season, and other seasonal campaigns).
Operations & Supply Chain Management
Oversee forecasts, stock levels, lead times, open POs,
Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Implement process improvements focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Define and optimize the product assortment in 1P, ensuring portfolio competitiveness.
Monitor Buy Box, dynamic pricing, and competitor benchmarks.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and category expansion on Amazon.
Data & Performance Analysis
Monitor and report key KPIs : sales, margin, share, Buy Box, stock, pricing, ratings & reviews.
Conduct profitability analysis by SKU and recommend portfolio or pricing adjustments.
Track advertising performance and conversion metrics across online funnel.
Provide strategic reports and market insights to senior leadership #MBG
