Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for various roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process
Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Qualifications
Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM / ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes
Strong understanding of employer branding and community engagement strategies
