The Senior Research Analyst will support in both indirect and direct candidate identification, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools.
The successful individual for this role will leverage KF tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity with a positive and pro-active communication style with peers and colleagues building effective relationships within and across the business.Details : Coordinates work and priorities with the Regional Operations Director / Head of Research to support Associates on effective search execution.Works closely with the Associate and Senior Associate to talent map the market on each potential Search project, together with updating all target organizations identified by the client and the search team.Uses project management skills, technologies, and Korn Ferry tools and resources to support efficient and effective search execution.Partners with the wider search team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches.Assists the Associate / Senior Associate to build market data and insights to win the Search project and assists with the pitch documentation.Works closely with Associates to build out talent pools of specific candidate profiles aligned with the sourcing strategy for each defined search.Provides input into the development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of the client talent pools.Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.Assist with the preparation of the progress reports to client.Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company's internal databases in accordance with Search process.Professional Experience / Qualifications : An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.Minimum 1-2 year sourcing or recruiting experience.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.Strong business acumen, detail orientation, and project management experience.Proven ability to effectively use data and analytics.
