Position Purpose

We are seeking, a General Manager to lead the operations of a relevant industrial company based in Curitiba. The role carries full P&L responsibility, managing an operation of approximately 90 employees across both the manufacturing plant and sales.

The General Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing operation, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes, ensuring operational excellence and profitability. In addition, the role includes commercial strategy, business development, and management of key client relationships, driving sustainable growth and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership of the operation, ensuring financial results, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Leadership of the manufacturing plant, engineering, logistics, and industrial processes, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Development and execution of commercial strategy, including engagement with key clients and new business expansion.
• Implementation of operational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Structuring, developing, and retaining talent, fostering a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.
• Implementation of KPIs, governance, and management processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Representing the company strategically to clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
