Production Manager

Position Challenges You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of high-quality products, identifying and resolving production inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. Lead production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across all processes. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of industrial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee supply of goods and optimize productivity

Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks

Manage production data and performance reporting

Monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance

Develop and enforce organizational policies and legal standards

Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners

Lead regular performance reviews and operational updates

Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives across labor, consumables, utilities (gas, electricity), equipment investment, and repair costs

Drive continuous improvement through cost innovation and process optimization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields

Postgraduate studies in industrial areas (desirable)

Solid experience in production / assembly lines at global companies

Strong leadership skills

Advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
