Associate Level

Location : São Paulo, Brazil

Prior Experience in SaaS / Software Industry is preferred

Language : Native-level fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales development
  • Full sales cycle rep, actively managing the sales process, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, and closing
  • Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow's software
  • A Hunter mindset - the role would require you to be resourceful when coming up with your territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities and being able to generate enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
  • Demonstrating our product via video conferencing
  • Involve in our USA Market Expansion
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and eCommerce

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or a related field (preferred with USA background)
  • Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation. Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks
  • High level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues and pain points through effective questioning and listening
  • Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting
  • Business-level fluency in English (American accent preferred) & Portuguese, Spanish will be a plus
  • CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
  • Strong customer references
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
