This is a dynamic role that involves navigating through various responsibilities within the Finance department. The ideal candidate should be able to cover for employees during vacation periods and maternity leave, and eventually, by mid-next year, assume a Finance Analyst role responsible for Sales Invoices and Accounts Payable.
We are looking for someone willing to lead and execute a project to automate our accounts payable process by implementing CNAB file usage (the system already supports this functionality). During this transition period, the candidate will gain experience across different areas of the Finance organization, which will strengthen their knowledge and prepare them to take on the main responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive daily picking lists from Logistics, insert selected serial numbers into the system, verify item balances and weight distribution, and input transportation and other outbound data.
- Register invoices with the government, issue them to customers, and send product quality certificates.
- Create various invoice types : consignments, alternate delivery addresses, industrialization, branch transfers, and exports.
- Weekly, handle fiscal appointments related to issued invoices, including customer communication and issuing correction letters or other adjustments.
- Compare weekly DDA-bank data with system records to ensure all open items are posted and approved.
- Generate and send one weekly payment file to the bank, process the return file, and reconcile posted amounts.
- Twice a month, organize intercompany international payments, perform cash flow analysis, gather documentation, send to the bank, and register payments.
- Support month-end closing by reconciling accounts such as stock, intercompany payables, and imports in transit.
Required :
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accountant or other related areas.Advanced English.Excel skills.Knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, or accounting processes.Desirable :
