This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, and onboard professionals for temporary or short-term projects across various international business areas.
The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for closing positions efficiently but also for leading a front to build and install capabilities within the team, potentially offering ready-made solutions for staff augmentation.
This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional client relationship abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : - Market Expertise & Strategy : Conduct in-depth market research and interviews to understand market dynamics and trends in Staff Augmentation.
Develop and implement effective strategies to accelerate the closing of Staff Augmentation positions, analyzing internal and external demands.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
Build a streamlined process to meet demand efficiently.
Offer ready-made products and solutions for staff augmentation to clients.
Act as an intermediary between internal teams and client demands, ensuring excellent communication.
Present regular reports to leadership on demand status and implement strategies.
Adapt strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.What You Bring : - Extensive Experience : Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and Staff Augmentation, with a solid understanding of its practices and the recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to analyze recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time to hire, conversion rates).
