The core goal of this role is to significantly boost user acquisition, user retention, and overall sales performance through data-driven campaign strategies.
Additionally, the role involves fostering collaboration and ensuring the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end strategies for monthly large-scale promotions, aligning with business objectives (e.g., user growth, sales targets, market share expansion).
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, user operations, merchant, and business analysis teams to ensure campaign logistics (e.g., discount policies, merchant partnerships, platform functionality) are fully supported and executed smoothly.Monitor real-time campaign performance, analyze data (e.g., user participation rate, conversion rate, average order value), and make agile adjustments to optimize results.Manage a campaign marketing team, including setting clear performance goals and providing coaching / mentorship to enhance team members' professional skills.Lead quarterly and annual team planning sessions to align team priorities with company-wide marketing strategies.Track and report on key campaign metrics (e.g., user growth rate, sales revenue, ROI) to senior management on a monthly basis.Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify successes, challenges, and actionable insights, and apply these learnings to improve future promotions.Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., food delivery consumer behavior, competitor marketing strategies) and integrate innovative ideas into campaign planning.Job RequirementsAt least 10+ years of experience in internet-related marketing roles, with a proven track record in designing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns.
