Strategic Recruitment Operations Leader : The role of Strategic Recruitment Operations Leader is to oversee and drive the strategic planning and execution of recruitment operations in Brazil.Key Responsibilities : Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the organization, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.Analysis of operational data to identify trends, solve issues, and drive improvements in recruiting processes.Influence the team towards achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.Presentation of insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
