Individuals that are passionate about SaaS, Customer Service & high-techSelf-starters with track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate livesResponsibilities : Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Zendesk AE pipeline.Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new businessConduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in target accountsResearch and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails and qualifying opportunities into the Account Executive / Account Manager's pipeline)Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunitiesRequirements : Past experience in high-volume outbound sales prospectingAbility to understand customer requirements and identify potential Zendesk solutions to fulfill requirementsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and balance time effectivelyExcellent written skills and naturally articulate1-2 Years of Sales ExperienceBachelor's degreeShown success in meeting monthly targetsHybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.

This role must attend our local office for part of the week.
