Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills :
2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and / or other tools for test automation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plus!This position pay $9 / hr USD
