Job Description – Customer Success ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Brazil.
This position will play a key role in supporting and engaging large strategic clients in the agribusiness industry, ensuring adoption, value generation, and long-term success with the SeeTree platform.The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, connecting customers with SeeTree's technology, data insights, and best practices, while serving as the main bridge between internal teams and customer stakeholders.Why SeeTreeJoin a global agtech leader with operations in Israel, Brazil, US and Latin America.
At SeeTree, you will find a collaborative culture, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a tangible impact in the agriculture industry through cutting-edge technology.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, building trustful and long-lasting relationships at operational, managerial, and executive levels.Ensure engagement and full adoption of SeeTree's platform modules.Train and support customer teams.Monitor customer success KPIs (adoption rates, productivity, ROI, satisfaction) and design action plans to drive continuous improvement.Anticipate risks related to adoption or churn, providing solutions and mitigating challenges proactively.Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Support teams , ensuring customer priorities are addressed effectively.Identify and support expansion opportunities , aligning customer needs with SeeTree's solutions.Prepare and lead executive meetings and business reviews , presenting results, insights, and next steps.RequirementsProven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management (preferably in agtech, agribusiness, or SaaS).
