What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems such as risk prediction, customer segmentation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data team, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and data requirements.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform large and complex datasets for model training and validation.
• Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and deployment in production environments.
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and validation techniques.
• Integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications and systems using APIs or microservices.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve models post‑deployment to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
• Document technical processes and communicate findings and results to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI and machine learning.
