The company is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales, and provide exceptional service across various accounts.Location and Time : Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing top-tier service, and handling the quoting and estimating process for orders.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain positive client interactions.

With 2+ years of B2B product-based experience, preferably in the promotional products industry, you will be working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs throughout the order process.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored promotional solutions.Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of products.Quoting and Estimating : Provide accurate quotes and estimates based on client specifications and order requirements.Work closely with clients to refine order details and ensure all needs are met, handling any adjustments or changes to the original order.Client Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering timely, effective solutions and maintaining excellent service throughout the client lifecycle.Address any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, turning potential challenges into opportunities for improvement.Pipeline and Order Management : Use HubSpot for tracking and managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all ongoing projects.Coordinate and manage orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.Collaboration & Communication : Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure all client needs are understood and executed properly.Collaborate via Slack with other team members, providing updates and ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned with client requirements.QualificationsExperience & Skills : 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in a B2B product-based or eCommerce environment.Experience in the promotional products industry is highly advantageous.Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for client and project management.Familiarity with Slack for internal communication is required.Knowledge of Commonsku is a plus, but not required.Mindset & Attributes : Highly personable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a passion for providing excellent client service and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.A passion for sustainability and a keen eye for quality and design.What Success Looks LikeHigh levels of client satisfaction, leading to long-term relationships and repeat business.Consistently meeting or exceeding client satisfaction KPIs.Timely and accurate delivery of quotes, estimates, and orders.Positive feedback from clients regarding the service provided and the quality of the products delivered.OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the promotional products industry.
