This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data accuracy, process improvement, and people management — and is eager to take ownership of systems and workflows.As we scale, you'll play a key role in managing a remote team of order processors, ensuring top-tier data quality, optimizing CRM workflows, and driving operational improvements.
You'll collaborate with leadership and contribute directly to building a more reliable and efficient backend.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasksManage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality)Develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operationsUse tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, and Zoho CRM to automate and enhance processesIdentify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow SOPsReport performance trends and improvement ideas to leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operationsStrong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teamsMeticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrityProcess-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflowsFluent in English (written and spoken)Based in Latin America, aligned with U.S. time zones and work cultureTech-savvy and confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation toolsWhy Join Us?
