Data Technology Consultant

We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and play a key role in driving data-driven solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design data solutions that align with organizational objectives

Define product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to deliver measurable business value

Partner with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Data Engineers, to develop scalable and effective data solutions

Lead client engagements and contribute to presales activities by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client requirements

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the roadmap and customer expectations

Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement within data governance processes

Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and apply this knowledge to improve solutions and strategies

Support data integration and processing initiatives to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making

Effectively communicate data insights and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or a similar role

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees

Experience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product (or key product capability) to the market

Strong knowledge of data platforms and their applications

Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis

Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience in data-driven projects

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Deep understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and designing data products

Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights

Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutions

Proven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on business value and measurable outcomes

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have

Project Management certification

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Knowledge of advanced data science and machine learning concepts
