Opportunity
The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager leads the operational backbone behind SalesSparx’s internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance.
This professional maintains the single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. They ensure consultants follow the right learning paths, have access to accurate materials, and that our methodologies (SVS, FUSE GTM, consulting workflows) remain organized, structured, and current.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution, documentation discipline, and content operations, in additional to management responsibilities. In the short term this person will develop the content to support our operational process and over time will build up its own team.
What You’ll Do
Process Documentation & Knowledge Extraction
Interview team members, shadow workflows, and extract tribal knowledge.
Translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules.
Maintain an organized, version-controlled process repository.
Ensure internal methodologies (SVS, FUSE GTM, consulting workflows) are accurately documented and regularly updated.
Template Governance & Content Maintenance
Own the lifecycle and organization of : SVS materials, Go-to-Market assets and Internal consulting templates
Audit and update templates on a defined cadence.
Enforce consistency, version control, and internal standards for all materials.
Maintain a centralized template library that is easy for consultants to access and navigate.
Training Curriculum & LMS Development
Convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules.
Build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows.
Maintain curriculum versions and ensure training content remains aligned to current methodology.
Support training execution logistics (materials prep, assignments, communications).
Onboarding Coordination
Build a structured onboarding flow for new consultants.
Ensure every new hire follows the correct learning path and completes required modules.
Track onboarding progress and report on readiness or gaps.
Provide execution support to the team members leading training sessions.
Learning Path Compliance & Monitoring
Track consultant participation in learning paths.
Follow up on incomplete modules and escalate when needed.
Maintain dashboards or tracking sheets for enablement completion.
Ensure training compliance is consistently monitored and documented.
Who We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Education, Sales, Communications, or related fields.
Master’s degree preferred (Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Curriculum & Instruction, or similar).
Experience
Experience on training Management Consultants is required.
Experience on working in a Management Consulting firm is required
5+ years in roles such as : Training Coordinator, Instructional Design Specialist, Enablement Coordinator, Curriculum Development Assistant, Knowledge Management Specialist, or Process Documentation / PMO Support.
Experience on training Management Consultants is required.
Experience building training materials, documenting processes, and maintaining structured content repositories.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning paths, assessments, and completion tracking.
Experience in process-driven, documentation-heavy environments.
No prior healthcare experience required.
Skills
Fluent written and spoken English.
Capable to work on EST hours.
Strong organizational discipline in a fully remote environment.
Ability to extract insights from SMEs and convert them into structured content.
Comfort building onboarding flows, training assets, and learning materials.
Proficiency with :
Documentation tools (SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.)
LMS or course-authoring tools
Project management tools (Asana)
Basic design / editing platforms (Canva, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and version control.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
