Job Overview :
Smart Age Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Data Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize product data across our clients’ ecommerce sites. This role involves maintaining relationships with designers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, and overseeing data organization within our PIM (Product Information Management) system. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for ecommerce, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams to uphold product standards and consistency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain Relationships with Designers :
- Communicate with designers and vendors to request updated product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of product catalogs.
- Product Data Management & PIM Organization :
- Organize, update, and maintain product data in the PIM system.
- Work closely with the web team to ensure accurate product uploads and updates on client websites.
- Standardize product descriptions, attributes, and categorizations for a seamless shopping experience.
- Website Product Standards & Quality Control :
- Conduct routine audits on clients' ecommerce sites to ensure product listings meet quality standards.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in product details, images, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal teams to improve product presentation and overall merchandising strategies.
Qualifications & Skills :
1-3 years of experience in Data analysis, product data management, or a related field.Experience working with PIM software, ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.), or CMS tools.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Attention to detail and a keen eye for product presentation and accuracy.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams.Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce best practices is a plus.
