We are looking for a LATAM Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in building high-performing teams and connecting top talent to our transformational journey across Latin America.

Main Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for strategic and complex roles across LATAM, ensuring excellence, agility, and impact.

Partner with leaders and hiring managers, providing insights and ensuring a unique candidate experience aligned with Cotys values.

Conduct structured interviews and apply modern methodologies to identify talent with both cultural and technical fit.

Design and implement creative and inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent across multiple channels.

Collaborate on global and regional Employer Branding and DE&I initiatives.

Track recruitment KPIs and share insights to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Ensure effective use of the ATS and compliance with internal policies and local legislation.

Lead, mentor, and develop the direct team, fostering growth and high performance.

Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory for regional scope).

7+ years of solid Talent Acquisition experience, with LATAM regional exposure.

Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.

).

Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
