The YouTube Manager is a strategic and creative leader who translates our clients' business priorities into long-form video content, and builds the top real estate channels across the country.You're not just managing YouTube channels.
You're leading strategy, storytelling, and systems behind uploads that scale our clients' local authority to hundreds of thousands of impressions a year on YouTube.
You are a multifaceted creative fluent in ideation, production planning, copywriting, post-production oversight, and YouTube analytics.
You'll work to craft standout content that changes how top agents and teams approach media and market dominance.
You will lead production, posting, and packaging direction, distill insights into engaging content, and ensure continuous improvement through analysis and feedback loops.
