As part of their remote-first tech team via Workana Premium , you’ll join as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer and lead feature work that touches both product and platform. The app is built on Rails with a sleek mobile webview — and it’s scaling fast across Europe, Japan, and the UK.

What You’ll Build

Your first months will focus on two high-impact projects :

• A custom in-house customer service platform (think Zendesk, rebuilt for the privacy-sensitive needs of a dating app)
• A story-based matching feature where users connect through shared fantasies — match on desire, not looks.

Both projects will stretch your backend muscles and offer plenty of room to improve architecture, performance, and team processes.
