They are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. This engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining user-facing features and backend services for the community features of the platform. This is a full-time opportunity available exclusively for candidates located in Brazil , with payment via monthly invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React and TypeScript .
• Build and support backend services using Ruby , with occasional usage of GraphQL .
• Collaborate closely with the product team to influence design and technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, promoting a collaborative team culture.
• Integrate community features with the broader product ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the stack.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies across the team.
