Online Casino Platform Manager OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new online casino platform from day one.The company is entering a growth phase and is seeking an experienced Platform Manager who can lead the setup, integration, and ongoing operations of their casino environment.Working closely with a third-party platform provider, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the technical, operational, and compliance aspects of the platform are seamlessly managed.Main Responsibilities : Lead the initial setup, configuration, and deployment of the online casino platform in coordination with the platform provider.Ensure smooth and stable daily operations of the platform, addressing any issues related to uptime, performance, or user experience.Manage and troubleshoot API integrations with payment providers, game studios, and various third-party systems.Coordinate closely with the platform provider to implement updates, new features, and performance improvements.Monitor platform KPIs and system health to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Maintain compliance with relevant licensing and regulatory requirements in applicable markets.Deliver detailed reports to management regarding platform activity, incidents, updates, and ongoing improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications : Previous experience launching or managing an online casino platform (experience with similar platforms is highly preferred).
Solid understanding of API integrations and confidence in resolving technical issues independently.Demonstrated project management ability, especially around platform rollouts and technical updates.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.Self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of platform operations with minimal supervision.Knowledge of licensing and compliance processes in regulated iGaming markets is considered a strong advantage.
